    Join our Village Masterclasses, where each 90-minute session you will delve into topics that matter most to you and your cohort.

    Held monthly, these gatherings are centered around topics that you and your cohort choose—ensuring every masterclass is directly relevant and useful. No heavy curriculum here. Instead, expect vibrant workshops, inspiring guest speakers, and engaging panels, all tailored to enhance your development and experience as a leader.

    On-the-Spot Coaching

    Need quick advice or a sounding board? Our Weekly Drop-Ins offer a flexible, informal space where you can either drop in to ask a question and leave, or stay to listen and support others.

    This is your space to get what you need, when you need it, in the amount of time that works for you. Think of it as popping into the Old General Store/

    Whether you're tackling a challenge or just tuning in, these sessions are a confidential space to gain insights and explore practical next steps. They’re optional and not recorded to ensure privacy.

The Village is offered at a special inaugural rate for the founding cohort.

Join at an inaugural rate of $4,500 CAD/USD per year. This includes emotional intelligence assessments, group coaching calls, tailored learning sessions, and continuous online support.

After this cohort, the price will increase to $7,500.
