Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a Professional Coach and the client, focused on unlocking potential and achieving goals. Through insightful conversations, structured exercises, and personalized feedback, coaching helps individuals gain clarity, develop skills, and take action towards their objectives.

1:1 Leadership Coaching Packages

  • Leadership Launchpad-1 month

    This quick-start package is designed for leaders who need targeted guidance on specific challenges or goals. Ideal for fast, focused outcomes, the "Leadership Launchpad" helps you gain momentum with direct coaching sessions, strategic action plans, and immediate implementation.

    Investment: $1500 + HST ($400 + HST for each additional coaching hour)

    Includes:

    • One 30-minute intake conversation to clarify the topic/goal

    • Two 60-minute coaching conversations over the course of the month to discuss progress/challenges

    • Minimum of 2 new practices for you to complete with reflection questions.

    • One 30-minute completion conversation to highlight your progress and discuss next steps

    • Text support between conversations
